I will visit your buildings at least every six weeks, and more often when necessary and undertake visual inspections as part of the proactive maintenance
Arrangements with Contracts and Tradesmen
When either pro-active or re-active maintenance is required I am able to organise, liaise with and supervise the work being undertaken.
Single Point of Contact
I undertake all the work myself so you have one single point of contact.
Budget Control:
Where requested I am able to provide Budgets for the approval of Expenditure.
